Check-in was fine. The room was commensurate with the cheap price, i.e., stain on bed cover, some wall paint scrapes, walls look dirty in places, and room has an older feel. Unexpected was non-working light and fan in the bathroom, and the toilet was loosely attached to the floor which made for an amusing ride until I finger tightened the bolts. There is no swimming pool at the hotel, but patrons are allowed to use the pool in the hotel next door.
There was a stain on our comforter, our heater didn't work in our room, the heater was bent, the door stop behind the door was smashed in. The beds we comfortable enough, but we had to sleep in our clothes because we were cold. The pictures online don't look like the rooms. Nit worth $120 a night.
I do not recommend this hotel sheets are dirty I found one bed bug holes in the walls and bathroom door i did not sleep good due to the bed bugs they did switch our room but I still was not satisfied at all they suck won’t never stay there again
When we arrived we found that the rooms were not as clean as we had expected. After visiting with the front desk the gentleman was very understanding and immediately sent up the housekeeping staff to correct the issues. He even offered to refund our money and tried to find us another hotel to stay at. We were very appreciative of his efforts to resolve the issues and choose to stay. I would recommend staying here and if you have concerns they will do their very best to accommodate you.
Be careful when reserving this. We reserved for five people but they claimed they didn't have any roll aways. For four it would have been passable. Rooms all smell like cigarettes as well and there weren't any towels.
