Me and the wife were passing through and found this place.cashier was nice. We needed more towels and I asked a guy named Justin. He gave me a couple towels and was very respectful. He should be in management. I recommend this place.
Neil and Annette are the most amazing people I've ever met. I have to admit when I stayed there they were more than my family they were my friend and closest friends! There's somebody that I would have as a lifelong friend and somebody who I ALWAYS LOVE & HAVE AS APART OF MY LIFE!!! AND THEIR SERVICE IN HOUSEKEEPING SKILLS ARE OVER THE TOP THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN IN ANY HOTEL ENVIRONMENT. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUT THEM THEY MAKE THAT BUSINESS WHAT IT IS. A GREAT AND HONEST ENJOYABLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS ALMOST THE BEST HOTEL LIVING ENVIRONMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN APART OF!! I WILL ALWAYS GO BACK AND STAY WITH THEM!! THERE AMAZING! & I LOVE THEM TO DEATH. THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE MOST AMAZING PART OF THAT PLACE FOR SURE. I LOVE YOU GUYS THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS HAVE DONE! UR SERIOUSLY AMAZING!
I got a flat tire and needed a place to stay, so I went across the street here. The first room they gave me was completely trashed , full of beer cans and smelled like cigarettes. I forgave them for that. but the second room, while cleaner, was also rather stinky with cigarettes smell and not totally clean. In addition, there were a lot of sketchy individuals lurking around the premises. The person in the room next to us , kept jiggling the doorknob between rooms, and that was unsettling. I tried to find another hotel in the area but with no Uber or Lyft , I was kinda stuck. I eventually find another place. But When I went to the front desk of this to ask for a refund , they said I’d been there for an hour and they wouldn’t. Even though part of that hour was the room switching thing. So, I’d say, pick one of the many other places around here, you won’t be treated with respect here.
The bedding, mattress and sheets were good. The large TV was nice, but the furnishings were old, yet clean. Nice large desk, but no easy to reach outlets, so I had to crawl around on the floor and run an extension cord. The bathroom however was nasty!! Walls had holes, tiles were cracked and the shower curtain was gross and dirty. Toilet and shower were clean, but the bathrooms could use an overhaul & upgrade. Could not get any cold water at lavatory sink; only hot on both sides. The floor in the bathroom was warm, so maybe the hot water heater or pipes are underneath (room 102). The air conditioner unit had VERY DIRTY filters, which I removed and washed immediately. Wifi was super slow, which prevented me from working online, so I had to check out early.
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They had no towels or ice bowl or coffee or anything! It's was dirty and falling apart. The first room key card reader was broken into. There are a bunch of weirdos there and people were fighting like all night. It was stinky and the beds didn't have bottom sheets, blankets were stained and pillows had no cases on them. Under one bed had some nasty dirty clothes that were not ours. The TV was broken and no clock. It was just horrible! Never go here! Sleeping in the car is far more better.
