Nice selection oft craft beers. Did not try the food, looked delicious though. Lots of seats, nice view to the gates, a lot going on. Staff was friendly, nice experience!

My first time in a Flagship lounge heading to Lisbon. Very nice. Not as crowed as the Admirals lounge and the food was really good. Serve yourself bar was really great . I love to plane spot did it all day long.

Typical Airline Perk Lounge; drinks, decent food selection and cozy places to relax before your flight. As it’s vacation season, the lounge gets packed up but it’s still a good place to kill time waiting for your flight departure. Good variety of foods and beverages to accommodate everyone’s meal choices. Good service, clean and comfortable for the most part depending on the time of day you’re there.

As far as US-based carrier lounges in the US go, this probably is one of the best ones. It had good hot food selection that was pretty decent. Lounge was quite spacious with multiple zones and amenities (and not too crowded). Champagne is offered upon arrival which is a nice touch.

A comfortable seating, and attentive staff immediately set the tone for a relaxing and quiet experience. A gourmet food and beverages, freshly prepared meals, fruits and lots of beverages, all served with neat and clean presentation. The food is at good taste. The amenities were top-notch, with shower facilities, and even private area available for those looking for some extra quiet space for resting. The high-speed Wi-Fi and ample charging stations made it easy to stay connected and productive while waiting for my flight. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and ensure that my time in the lounge was nothing short with care. A very comfortable lounge for long transition passengers.
