No stars I paid for extra cabin space and for my fiancee and I to sit together... Well I had to have carry on stowed in the plane d/t no room, my fiancee & I were separated and jammed in between people & I was lucky I had room to turn my head side to side nevermind move my arms or legs And then the luggage they took from me...they mislabeled with the wrong name And let's not mention how rude the attendant for the airline was And now I have to jump thru hoops to even speak to a human about this I've flown a few airlines and I will never use this one again I'm sorry this was by far the worse experience ever.. Perhaps the proper name be used on my belongings or even if the Attendant was actually helpful and kind...I would have waited for another flight to have the room I paid for...but never received

This is legitimately the best banking institution around. I have had many bank accounts (also in different countries when I lived abroad) and they are by far the most helpful, accommodating, personal, and fair bank that I have ever experienced. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for allowing me to trust a financial institution.
