This is a beautiful designed lounge, very cozy and elegant. The food service it's very nice and they have two areas designated for drinks and coffee as well as some deserts. The bar is nice but limited place to see right there, but the people is nice, it can get crowded at certain times and hard to find a quiet place, but it clears out fast. It also has some private enclosed areas to work efficiently.

Spacious, clean, limited food and drink options. Complimentary small foods and tea/coffee. The club has added a lot of ‘additional optional changes’ such as made to order food and most of the bar. For the daily price of entering, it’s essentially turned into a paid waiting room (a nice waiting room). It’s definitely not worth the daily rate (restaurants in terminal D are a better value). It’s fine if you have the complimentary status. Otherwise don’t worry about it, you’re not missing anything.

What is better than to spend a Friday nite w/ family & friends at this place. We are in town to attend an eclipse wedding, heading back home w/ lot of stories & memories. Keep up!

Great place to grab a free drink or snack, get some work done or close your eyes for a few minutes between flights! A nice break from any busy terminal with flight assistance available too! Clean and fairly quiet .. Food options are ok and vary from club to club, but could be expanded. Membership annually or a day pass are required by AA.

If you're stuck at an airport, this place is a Godsend! Paying for a ticket upgrade never felt so good! Worth every penny! They had a children's area, food on the free buffet she would eat, and she sat in the cockpit of our plane. Im 52 and NEVER got to do that! So jelly!!!! 😀 Good job, American Airlines.
