I wish there were more companies doing business like they do! Great staff, new cars, good price and they will go as far as they can to deliver the car and pick it up from your place if you're staying close to them . Thanks guys!

Found these guys via a search engine. I checked them on the Google reviews and they looked good with a Hispanic sounding clientele. I found them just as good as others. Contact was prompt by text. Picked up from the rental hub (there is no desk or signposting for them) taken to a local office in a low grade industrial area. Office was extremely clean, people very polite. Car was good. Struck me a good deal on in car WiFi and good advice on best options to pay for tolls. On returning car promptly taken to departures in same vehicle so no shifting of luggage. Thanks guys

Do not trust this company. I’m a frequent customer and never had any issues until now. I own a transportation service and from time to time I rent a sprinter from America. This time after making a reservation with enough time when I arrived I noticed they didn’t have the sprinter outside as I usually see it, when I talked to the rep he said they had my reservation but they didn’t have the sprinter because they gave it to another person. The rep called his manager and he happens to tell him my reservation total amount was too low compared to for how much they rented it to the other person for. They will not honor your reservation if they happen to get a higher offer from someone else. DO NOT TRUST that the vehicle you reserved will be waiting for yo. STAY AWAY!!!

I selected a jeep grand Cherokee. They showed me a Jeep Compass and tried to rent me the cheaper version of what I wanted. Took me 40 min to fix the situation. The car was not clean fingerprints and smudges all over the vehicle. On top of that they accused me of smoking in the car and kept my deposit. This business is very shady I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. In my opinion they are a very small and shady operation. I never had any problem like this with any other rental company in my life I will never ever rent there again and I will recommend anyone reading this to go with another rental company thank you .

Very helpful. Came here because scammers next door were unable to accommodate us. American car rental got us a car that day at a reasonable price. The girl working in the office was very friendly as well. Fair pricing and nice cars. Thanks again!
