We love this location. Parking can be scarce on wknds, but once you're in...it's the best theater within a 25+ mile radius. It's clean, staff is competent and efficient, security doesn't play around, and the seats are super comfy. Pro tip: buy extra seats so you can have all the space you want.
After having dinner at Pluckers we decided to stop by AMC to watch the new ghostbusters movie. We enjoyed this place. It was our first time here on a Sunday evening and it was perfect for us. There were only a few people which is great! I hate when theres too many people. We had no interruptions and the popcorn was good. Will visit again soon.
I had the most AWFUL experience at this location from Donovan and Elijah. The machine seems to have issues when I was purchasing my ticket. When it was time for the machine to print my ticket it never came out. I checked my bank account and 2 payments came out one for $18.97 and $38. Once Donovan came over to assist me I explained to him what occurred and he was very rude! Like it was his money. He got upset and said it was nothing he could do. I mean rude! It was an officer sitting behind him so Donovan felt like he could handle me any kind of way. He because flustered then look at the officer and said I don't want to deal with her anymore and walked off like I was harassing him lol. The officer didn't do anything because he saw how rude Donovan was acting. It's not like I was cursing, causing a scene. Just a person who was out almost $60 and no tickets. The officer finally got up and we spoke about what occurred and he said he saw it and he agreed Donovan was rude. But I'm still out almost $60 and no tickets. Now Elijah comes over and he was no different. Just rude. He was a man but he was cutting his eyes at him and rolling his neck. I told him to stop it why you acting like that? New Manager/Supervisor is needed and training. Before I go into how rude Elijah was also let's just say I don't have my ticket and have to wait to dispute this with my bank. I'm sure the service I received does not serve your Core Values.👎👎👎
This movie theater is huge and in a great location. The theater rooms are huge with comfortable recliners. The recliners are extra long and have good support. The snack bar has a huge variety from meat jerky, popcorn, and all different kinds of candy. The butter station is located in the lobby. I’m so glad I can add as much butter as I want.
I enjoyed the seats so much, but I was severely disappointed by the food. I paid $46 for a soda, a popcorn, and two orders of the brisket sliders. The brisket sliders taste like the Lloyd’s shredded pork that you can buy from Walmart and microwave, with dried out pickles on it, and the bread was soggy. Super disappointing. And the popcorn costed more than an order of brisket sliders.
