Today was my first visit to the AMC at Eden Prairie Mall, and very likely my last. I was shocked by the condition of the theater. There was trash everywhere. The condiment area was dirty. The carpet leading to the theaters was dirty. And even though we were early for our show, there was already a pile of trash on the floor in front of my seat. That could be a tripping hazard for anyone trying to leave during the movie. When the areas that the public sees are that dirty, it makes you wonder about the condition of the things that the public doesn't see. It's sad, with a little effort that could be a very nice theater.
First time back in a while. Bathroom smelled worse than a Biffy and there was pee on the floor. Disappointed and disgusted. Theater.. 2 reclining chairs not working. One controller literally in pieces. $100+ night at the movies and the place was gross. We will not be going back. We were there 6/22 for a 7pm movie,
This cinema is conveniently located inside Eden Prairie Mall. Clean and spacious. Most of the time it's less than half full. So quite often you can get nice middle sections.
It is great to go with the family, the rooms are spacious, super clean and there is a lot of variety of food, we had an incredible time
The person taking the tickets was rude and treated me like I was an idiot. The person at the concession counter was nice. Going to a different theatre next time.
