This theater needs some serious help. Very hot and uncomfortable inside with no A/C. The floors in the theaters are so sticky that it's almost hard to walk. The seats are not clean. The tables in the main area are dirty. The bathrooms are dirty. The sound in the theater is horrible. We bought pretzel bites from the concession, and they were stale and made us sick. Not a good experience at all. Unfortunately, we don't plan on going back.
Movie was great, however the theater wasn’t. The floors as sticky, the person projecting the movie is listening to music or a podcast too loud to the point where we can’t really hear the movie. This place needs more workers and need to clean thoroughly.
Took grandson to see Despicable Me4. There were no movie announcements on each theater just the number. Our tickets didn’t have the number corresponding as to which theater was showing so I asked the lady who took our tickets. We go in sit and wait. 30 minutes after it should have started it comes on and after what seems 30 minutes of advertising a movie starts but wasn’t what we paid for so we go out and find someone and ask for our movie and he says it is almost over. Wow. I knew I should not have gone to AMC classic Albany!
Very upset that I drove over an hour with my sister to go see Disciples in the Moonlight. A Christian movie that we've hunted for months...when we arrived we were told they weren't going to show it the final day! The people behind us were equally disappointed bcuz we all checked showtimes before we headed to the theater
It was ok. The movie was pretty good. One of the drink machines was down, and one of the butter machines was out. The bathrooms were not clean.
