Extremely friendly check in! Clean and comfortable cabin. Squeaky clean restroom and grounds. Felt safe and family friendly. Pet friendly. I loved hearing and seeing the trains. We stayed here twice: Once when we first started on our trip at the half way point and then again, coming back. Very clean KOA. Nice and quiet as well. Great for pets. The only thing they can improve on is the lack of lightning at night. It's very dark. Other than this, we will be back for sure.

I am very dissatisfied with the fact that we can not stream on our TV. Apparently, they have not upgraded to a higher bandwidth service to accommodate customers. When we talked to the staff, they said that it was advertised as such, but the KOA book only says free limited wifi. It does not say that there is NO streaming at all. I can not understand how this campground is rated as a KOA Journey and not have this basic service available. Also it's located next to an airport and there are trains running all day ans night. The manager was very rude, basically psychotic. He called the police to kick us out of the campsite. We had a nice discussion with the police and told them we would be happy to leave, but we wanted a refund as we weren't staying. No refund so far. We will have to get hold of corporate and explain the situation. We went 9 miles west of Amarillo to a Loves Travel Center where we were able to get streaming for our TV. I have since been online and read all the other reviews of this place. If i had known how bad it was, we would have never made a reservation there.

Very clean and well kept campground. The showers by the office were amazing and the pool was refreshing. Best of all were the friendly and helpful staff who worked hard to keep extending us in the same site when we had truck issues. Highly recommend!

Nice staff, very clean bathroom. Level site, the only problem we experienced was the mower did not have a deflector on the discharge and he threw a rock at the motor home. Sounded like a bullet hit our motor home. Didn't want to go to them office and throw the mower under the bus as we still were staying another night. Other than that it was a nice stay.
