Although my order was delayed due to some issue, Cathy was incredibly helpful in tracking it and finding alternatives in case it wasn’t delivered. She even called me early the next morning to ensure the order arrived on time. I hope this message reaches her. Thank you for the exceptional customer service, Cathy. This 5-star rating is for you!

Had to sit and wait for 35 minutes for a script to be filled. First, they gave the wrong amount at just 2 vials and still tried to bill my insurance $430. A pack of five vials is just $470. I tried to ask for the full 5 and they didn't tell me they were going to call the physician's office and it would be a very long wait. Just left me sitting there. Then they called me on the phone to confirm a delivery although I'd messaged hour before saying I was going to pickup and was standing at their pharmacy. Finally, we settled on a cash price so it didn't overcharge my insurance or use too much of my benefits. The whole ordeal took me over an hour. Beyond frustrating and I won't use them again if I can. Only issue is that they're one of the only specialty pharmacy options in Denver. Someone better please come in and compete!

Alto makes it easy to order and schedule a delivery all online. The drivers have been professional and the real time updates for when a delivery will happen are handy if you need to sign for the delivery.

Nicole has helped twice over the phone and is great as is every delivery. So impressed with Alto, including staying on top of contacting PA when Rx refills have run out. Alto makes my life so much easier in terms of my mom’s meds!!!

When Alto has you medicine in stock the system works incredibly good. However, during the last five years I've been using the service, their ability to source and keep in stock the medications I need has dwindled. I have certain prescriptions I simply can't wait a week for let alone not be able to get it through Alto for MONTHS. And I'm not referring to the nationwide shortage of ADHD medicine.
