my son loves this place with all his heart it means the world to him (he is autistic) he absolute loves the smell! i buy him a whole loaf of allsups bread any time he is down and a nice honcho drink thank you love you

I just sat and watched a guy I imagine to be the manager or shift leader screaming and yelling at his employee. Store supposed to be a 24 hour store it’s locked at midnight. Crazy… must be nice to pick on someone who won’t defend themselves.

In visiting family, needed gas. The pump required advanced payment inside. Had to give an estimated amount. Pumped the gas, made a purchase. Was told the overage would be refunded back to card. Still waiting. I will go back and visit and enquire about the refund. I was in a rental car. I am from out of state. But my in laws live here so Iam not an outsider. Will return to get my refund. My take on this particular store for right now. AVOID.

I honestly thought the Manager would’ve viewed the tape before making a decision. I called for Lacey voicing my concerns about an encounter the day before at the 10 th street location. Lacy was professional and apologetic. In the morning only . I called back asking to speak to her around 2:00 . The employees said she left. Wait for it !! I told them I was calling for Roxie the one , that needs proper training when calling the next person in line after I waited 5 minutes with 7 other customers . Lacy attitude had changed it was irritating. She never viewed the tapes to see why I was frustrated and how Roxie had lied that she had already rung the customer up. Roxie scanned lottery tickets in front of me and said 10.00 to the customer. Never once did Roxie apologize . She was near the food when I complained then she rolled her eyes .When I placed my drink in front of customer that skipped us all. She never stood in line one second. Like I was wrong for being upset. Trust no one. Lacy became Unprofessional, irritated because I said I was calling to speak to Roxie which was a lie. The employee that answered the phone claimed she was the only one in the store when I called back. Another lie . I said I was outside and could see in. Lacy gets on the phone . She really wasn’t gone for the day!! Now I’m more frustrated. The lying never stopped. Lacy kept repeating herself, upto 5 times loudly. She said you can’t talk to the employee. And I keep repeating myself again and again upto 5 times I was really calling to speak to you and I don’t appreciate being lied too. You are there !! She gave some lame excuse about how she left earlier. I’m not talking about earlier. .(Lacy) I was calling regarding the resolution. At first I removed the comment but her changes in attitude are unacceptable and unapologetic. .I tried with you Lacy. You displayed two personalities to me . Which one can I trust.. None !! That’s why I left that 14.00 pack of Jack and coke on the counter and walked out the door then drove only 3 minutes to Walmart paid 10.00 for my Jack and Coke . I spend my money where I’m treated fairly. I’ll drive right pass Allsups from this day forward..

I have never had a problem with this gas station. I have honestly never gotten gas here but have use the convenience store several times. The employees always seem to be helpful and they have a wide circulation of snacks and drinks. Seems to be pretty clean. I use the dog wash next-door and I always need to break my bills so I come here pretty often.
