I've been using this transportation service for several years... The last encounter and the most recent has been the worse... No organization, as soon as you call they put you on hold... And I called in advance for the next day to go to NJ ... They told me they will call at 12pm for a pick up at 1pm ... They called me at 1pm to tell me 1:30 pick up... The driver arrived at the wrong address even tho I gave it to them a day ago ...They didn't arrive til 2:30pm smh and on top of that they still have to pick up more ppl... I'm not happy with this service at all... The "owner" was very disrespectful and didn't even care to apologize... There's always an issue with this company based on other reviews as well... Hire more ppl that speak English and that has good customer service!!!
I often take the bus from my house to ATC they have improved the area and I'm very happy with it. Does the bus schedule board that's very accurate.

Always amazing service and staff. The prices are very reasonable and the vehicles they use are spacious.
I was there yesterday this women was so disrespectful and ignorant first she tells me the monthly pass is 6 dollars then waits until I pull out 6 dollars and says 60 dollars what kind of person lies like that and treats other people so rude you're just a disgusting person and however you got a job is beyond me I'm reporting you to corporate because you can't treat me people like that
