I hardly take the time to write positive reviews, but let me tell you about my experience.... The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were all smiles ready to shuttle me to the airport at 3:30 a.m, as planned. Upon boarding my flight, I realized that I left $50 in my cup holder that was meant to be used for tipping while I was on vacation. Oops. Obviously it was my fault for leaving cash behind while rushing to catch my flight, and I truly did not expect to see that money ever again. When I returned from vacation 4 days later, I called for the shuttle to take me back to my vehicle. They arrived at the airport within 5 minutes. Upon returning to their parking lot, my car was pulled up front and waiting for me in the exact condition that I had left it in. No scratches or dents. I immediately looked down in my cup holder only to realize that the money was not there.... just as I had expected. I opened my center console only to find that the money was neatly tucked inside (out of plain view) without so much as a dollar missing! Wow!!! It is truly refreshing to know that there are still honest people out there. I don't travel often, but when I do, I will definitely be using Albany Park Ride & Fly again! Thank you to all of the staff for providing such wonderful customer service!

As a veteran I appreciate the discount that they give me. I cannot say how professional everyone is. I know my car is in good hands when I leave on a trip. Having the vehicle warmed up in the the winter and cooled in the summer is a an added bonus. I will continue to use their services as long as I can travel. Keep up the great work

I don’t often write reviews, however I definitely felt the need to write one about my experience. I recently used Albany park and fly for the second time and will absolutely use it again! Everyone was friendly, service was amazing and the whole experience was wonderful!! I very highly recommend!! Thank you!!!
