Conveniently located near the Anchorage . The free shuttle will pick you up at the airport and take you to the location. the office staff will quickly get you into your vehicle and on your way. The return process was just as easy and the shuttle runs 24 hours a day
The parking at the airport went very well. I did like the location, shuttle service, and how the car was stored. The only thing I can say to help people that do not know Anchorage Airport, have the Associates tell the strong person to go across the street to stand for the shuttle.
Horrifying experience, where i turned in my car on Thursday, picked it up Sunday, and the entire drivers side is 'keyed', down to the metal and through the paint. An absolute never-event. The staff were helpful, confirmed that the scratches weren't there on drop off with their photographs, and told me they would take care of all damages and repairs. Will post an update once that is all taken care of.
Picked up my Turo rental valet style..all ready and waiting- super easy process and friendly staff!!
The shuttle bus drives way too fast. He hits all the bumps and slams on the brakes and throws you all around in the back.
