Nice little place to tuckd out of the way. The shipping was affordable. Not a fan of the digital check in system. I checked in and then sat there and waited. Then the lady at the front desk got someone from the back who checked their computer and then I handed him my paperwork. If you have a digatal check in that should be it my package should come to the door in a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst communications I have ever heard. Sent me back and forth to repackage it 3 times!!!!!!!!! Even though they had the material to do it. They wouldn't even give me a pallet and let me do it. Thousands of dollars lost in carrier fees.

Wow. I would say it’s controlled chaos, but it’s really just chaos. I can’t image how anything gets to where it needs to go. The single most unprofessional group I have seen. Yelling at each other and on the phone, cursing, completely disorganized, no one can find anyone else. Ricky was extremely helpful and very nice.

Arrived as expected on time. Intacked and safe. Perishable items are in good condition. I recommend this service to all. Good workers at the office. Professional experienced staff help with the goods to outside. Great customer service.

Most disorganized and rude service. Constant inconvenience. I have to use them regularly and it's never been smooth or remotely helpful
