Upon arrival in Anchorage at Alaska 4x4 rental desk we were greeted by the friendly professional staff who promptly got us underway in our jeep. The jeep was clean and in new condition, exactly what I wanted to handle the winter weather conditions. The return was so easy and the staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend using Alaska 4x4 anytime you visit AK!!

We had the best experience with Alaska 4x4. When we arrived at the airport, our rental with another company fell through, and I thought our trip was ruined since there was such limited availability everywhere in the busy summer. Alaska 4x4 literally saved us. They were so kind and helpful and made sure our rental fit our budget. The car was perfect- extremely clean and we had the best week touring Alaska. Pickup and dropoff was hassle free and right in the airport garage. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and would without hesitation rent from them again. Thank you Alaska 4x4 for helping us have the best week in beautiful Alaska.

Our experience with Alaska 4x4 Rentals was great! They were easy to work with throughout the whole process. Janet was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed talking to her about the area. We swapped fishing stories with her! She told us all about fishing for King Salmon and we told her all about Crappie fishing in Mississippi! We rented the Jeep Wrangler and it performed excellent! We will rent from this company again on any future visits to Alaska. Thanks for helping make our "Great Alaskan Adventure " fun! Alaska 4x4 Rentals provided us with one of the best cars we have ever rented and we rent a lot. The car was in perfect condition, extremely clean and got us to wherever we wanted to go without any issies. This family owned business beats out all the major nationwide car rentals hands down. Great rates and customer service. We will definitely use this company when we return and recommend it to everyone who visits Alaska.

We rented a "trail certified " Jeep Cherokee from Alaska 4x4 rentals for a two week Alaska road trip in late August early September 2023. To start with, when we picked it up in Anchorage, it was clean... even the windows inside and out were clean. The jeep had 44,000 miles but looked and ran great. Newer tires were also in great condition. We crossed the Denali Highway, McCarthty Road, and the Fishook Willow Road with absolutely no problems. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. If you want to rent a vehicle to explore Alaska I highly recommend Alaska 4x4 rentals.
