We're from New Zealand and it was our first time renting with Alamo & I have to say I'm really impressed with their set up & how smooth the process was. Ali from front desk was exceptional & went above & beyond to sort a bit of documentation issue. Will definitely do business with Alamo again in our future visits to the US. *I unfortunately left my phone charger in the vehcile but will collect it when I'm back in San Diego (whenever that might be). 😄

The woman at the initial front desk was not to pleasant. But the other employees that I met made up for her attitude. Everything went very smooth. I even had to return the car for another and they made the experience painless. Would recommend and would use Alamo again in the future.

We had a mishap with the other car rental company. It’s so wild to me that if you did not prepaid your reservation, you’re out of luck getting the car you need. They called another company and plan charge us more. Okay, that’s sketchy. We searched online and found Alamo offered a better price plus they are in the airport rental center. We shuttled back to the rental center and the salesperson Kelly is very personable and helpful. He is not pushy and made sure you understand anything with the agreement. A very much easy transaction that we needed after all the bad experience with the other company. All the employees treats you with enthusiasm. Never ever going to rent somewhere else again. Cars might show some scratches but still way better. I love supporting businesses that truly cares for their customers. Alamo is the place to rent a car with such reasonable price. Kudos to all the employees that are so nice and helpful!

Outstanding service from Alamo, especially since my flight into San Diego June 18 was delayed. I appreciated the attendant staying after closing time to process my rental. My vehicle Nissan Rogue was an awesome vehicle. The return was quick and easy, I appreciated the service attendant finding a cart for us to take our luggage to the terminal. Thank you Alamo for a job well done.

We rented in San Diego and had the best experience ever. Anthony helped us at the counter, he was very friendly and great to work with. When we got to the garage to pick up our car (sadly I didn't get the gentleman's name) but he was just as friendly and great to help us. We will definitely book with Alamo next time we rent in San Diego. Some of the best, friendly employees we have ever worked with when renting a car!
