We had a great experience renting from this Alamo location! We did the skip the line option ahead of time and it was a great time saver! All we had to do was select a vehicle in our class, which an employee helped tell us what was available. The return process was very easy as well. Highly recommend!

Very quick shuttle pick-up at the airport. Quick "skip the counter" pre-check-in service. When the shuttle dropped us off at the lot, a very friendly attendant greeted us and pointed us to our section of cars to choose from. Check-out at the security gate was friendly, quick, and easy. Car performed beautifully. Drop-off was quick and easy at the lot when turning the car back in. Jumped right on the shuttle and off we went to the airport. I will definitely utilize Alamo again!! Very happy.

For 25 years I have rented from Hertz for business and leisure. For a few years I have been disappointed in the cars. I tried Alamo after a flight cancellation and was very happy with the process (new customer) and the car selection. All went well and I will use Alamo again.

I love renting through Alamo! Their pre-check in process made it a breeze and I love skipping the counter. Walked to any available vehicle and pretty much drove right out. Check in was also super easy. Would absolutely rent through Alamo again!!

My experience with Alamo at Philadelphia airport was outstanding. The people are nice and the process was very simple. I got my car in less than 5 minutes thru their "skip the line" process. That was amazing! Highly recommended.
