Had a great experience overall, with absolutely no issues. The car was easy to pick up, and it was in excellent condition. Service was quick, friendly, and professional at both pick-up and drop-off. I had to call to extend my rental period, and the representative I spoke to helped me quickly and with clear information about fees and other requirements.

Short on staffing at the airport car rental agency when I picked up the car at IAH but luckily there were no crowds. Car was clean and ready to go though. The rental car bus was on time both ways. Overall good experience and the price was great with Costco Rental reservation.

I rented a vehicle for 5 days in Houston at the Bush airport. I had a great experience from the time I picked up the car till I dropped it off. Everything went very well the people at the counter were very professional . Had me in and out to pick up my car. The girl that help me get my car was very helpful I had a few questions about Houston she had good answers. When I dropped the car off at the hoppy airport everything went real well. I was very pleased from start to finish. Good job Alamo

This is our 2nd trip to Houston and second time using Alamo at IAH. We have had to visit for medical appointments for our daughter, and I will say hands down, Alamo was one of the easiest parts of our trip, both times! We love the convenience of the skip the counter option, and even if they don't have the vehicle you reserved, they will absolutely take care of you and make sure you are covered. We loved our recent rental, gas mileage was superb, interior was clean and it's exactly what we needed to get around to the different appointments we had while in town. Honesty, no different from our first experience. For what it's worth, the prices are hard to beat in the first place, but we would gladly pay extra to receive the top quality service we have from you all on our next trip. Seriously cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you so much again, easily 5/5 stars from us.

First and last time renting with Alamo. The initial minivan had a strong odor of marijuana, which was concerning, especially as a parent. When requested a replacement, the second minivan had a malfunctioning third-row seat that posed a safety risk to my child. While driving, the third row unexpectedly collapsed with my 5-year-old in it. Having to replace the minivan was a hassle and time consuming. Made me miss the wedding I was attending.
