We’ve found that Alamo comes through for us more often than and better than the other companies. Pricing is more transparent than most. Of course Alamo gave us a free upgrade but I wanted an economy car for size, not money. When traveling to a place where parking is scarce and at a premium, I want then smallest car I can get, but the last couple times they weren’t available when we arrived. That’s why only 4 stars. We used the ‘skip the line’ option this time, wow that was great!

I booked a rental vehicle and using the self service kiosk I was able to by pass the line and quickly be on the road. The price was reasonable. The gentleman who directed me to the vehicle was very friendly and there were various full size vehicles I could choose from. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. The return process was quick, they had several Alamo employees checking in customers who were returning vehicles. The lady who checked me in was courteous and asked if I wanted a paper receipt or email receipt. I had the receipt email before I was done taking my bags out of the trunk. Great service and a seamless experience with each step and person involved in the process. Alamo has certainly streamlined the car rental experience.

This was the best car rental company we have ever used! It was a stress free, pleasure and would highly recommend Alamo to everyone! When we returned our car to FLL airport Wilbert and Gilbert checked us in. They were so kind, very helpful and most professional. They are true assets to Alamo! We were more than happy with our Alamo experience!

It was a pleasant and easy experience with Alamo again. I rented car with Alamo several times before. last week, I used pick-up yourself to skip the counter at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. It's simple and easy to go directly to your car type area and just pick one to go. and agent on site was nice and helpful as well. I rent a minivan. It was very nice minivan, clean and solid. No issue during my rentals. Return car was also very simple and easy. All my experience could be concluded by using one word: Relaxation. I'll absolutely choose Alamo again.

Everyone was super nice!!! When Uber dropped me off I saw this neon yellow jeep.. I was like I am driving u!! Even though it was sitting in a tiny corner wedge between two cars.. the Gentleman pulled the jeep out!!! I had a blast in it..
