After a long day of flying the lady checking me in was so nice and friendly. Even though I can’t say that for the enterprise man who was not. The car was perfect and no hidden fees. I paid exactly what I booked. Although i wished this Alamo had skip the counter available, the lady at the counter made my day. I wouldn’t choose any other car rental at this airport.

Picked up a rental mid-size sedan rental at the Philadelphia International Airport. I reserved a smaller sized vehicle, but I asked to be upgraded to a full-size when I saw that there were two Toyota Camry available. My dropped off location was here at DCA. The car on pickup was clean. I try to make a habit of taking pictures or video of the car upon drop-off, especially since at DCA and other airports there is no attendant that sees the car immediately as you drop it off especially at late or early hours.

Refreshingly fast and friendly service. Cars have been in great condition with more options/features than expected in a rental (not base trim). From pickup at DCA to calling to extend rentals to dropping off an hour or two late, I’ve had nothing but easy, positive experiences. Now willing to pay a few bucks more when searching online to lock in this Alamo location.

Reserved car at Avis months ago. Flight was delayed; I arrived at 11pm but with no worries as I should be able to go directly to the car. Except that Avis is offsite and after 30 minutes of waiting I find they're no longer running any shuttles (no email or other word on this from Avis, though they have my flight info). Thank goodness Alamo was still open (only car rental still open). Great/fast service from the Alamo clerk and I was on my way, at lower price than what I'd agreed to with Avis. Two thumbs up and thanks, Alamo!
