Renting from Alamo was a breeze from start to finish! I booked through Costco, utilizing my Costco card for an added discount. Upon landing in Denver around 11pm, the shuttle was easy to find and promptly available. At the front desk, Isaiah (if I recall correctly) provided swift assistance. Registering both my and my sister's licenses to drive was a seamless process. Desi kindly helped us secure our BMW 330e, which we thoroughly enjoyed for its smooth ride and hybrid features. Returning the car was a quick process, taking less than 5 minutes. Overall, the exceptional customer service and the quality of the car made this a memorable experience. This wasn't my first time renting with Alamo, and it certainly won't be my last!
One of the better rental car experiences we’ve had. Checking out the car was quick & fast Their rates are very fair & competitive They have nice cars & friendly staff Only issue with our most recent reservation is the cute orange Audi was on E when we went to pick it up - they swapped it out for a large Audi. Other than that everything was a breeze.
Renting a car isn't usually a pleasurable experience... unless you rent from Alamo! We used the skip the counter feature and when we walked on the lot were greeted by the very affable Frank. The type of vehicle we reserved wasn't available, so Frank upgraded us to the next class. The gate agent was also great and we were out of there in no time. The return process was equally easy and pleasant. Thanks Alamo!
Alamo Rent A Car Denver was the starting point for our trip around Denver and Manitou Springs. We booked a four-passenger luxury sedan for the three of us for 4 days. Because we were about to go up the mountain, the weather forecast was shown snowing day the next day. We changed the order to an AWD SUV, but your company gave us a Cadillac Escalate 2WD for a family of three... and charged us 152 dollars more. The car was very, very large for our family of three. But it is very comfortable and full of various luxury and safety features. Fortunately, the blizzard that night did not affect our trip in next few days except for next day need to cleaned up the 10 inches snow and ice on windshield with a in-car tiny scraper. In the other hand, It’s worth to pay more to rent such a giant and comfortable car. Nevertheless, there should be a lot of room for improvement in the service quality of the on-site service staff.
I had such a wonderful experience renting a car from Alamo. I was worried about figuring out where to get my car from with all the poor ratings to many of the other rental car places and eventually settled with them. It was a fabulous experience. I ended up originally requesting a larger vehicle but upon receiving that class requested a smaller option and they didn't have an issue making the change (again I really appreciate your staffs friendliness and understanding). There was a minor change in the price, which I did ask about, and was assured would be handled (and it was). I'm truly grateful with my experience with rent from them and plan to qhen I return to visit.
