i was very excited to have a birthday party with my family here, but was met with an absolute blazing heat that made me nauseous. There were broken toys in the under 3 area, as well as unaccompanied children (one even threw a cone into the food we had brought). The bathroom were frankly atrocious. I try not to complain, i understand we are a small town and that there isn't a lot of fun activities for younger people to enjoy, but cmon.

Was here for a birthday party and all I could think was how I would never host a party here. I don’t know what protocol is but the atmosphere was dreadful. No ambiance. The walls could use some cheerful paint or characters or something fun. The place is small but it could use some updating. The jumping equipment is good and kids are sure to have fun. Also, the employees seemed uninterested in what was going on and their demeanor showed they would rather be somewhere else. Again, I was here for a birthday party so I don’t know if it’s different on other days. Either way, the place needs a little more decoration (happiness) and some music or ambiance! And the bathrooms could use some upgrading. UPDATE: I got this reply from the owner: These fake reviews are getting creative. All of them have made up names and random photos. Thanks for the 3 stars though 🫡 Im not a fake account, before Google I was doing reviews on Yelp, I left that platform a few months ago. I’m honest with my reviews. I gave the owner constructive criticism. The walls could use some paint and there could be better ambiance. I didn’t say your jumping balloons are bad, they’re fine. I also didnt say your place was dirty or anything like that, just that it needed upgrading. The bathroom sink was disgusting when I went on June 25th for a birthday party. I also said it may be different on days that aren’t reserved for birthday parties. But from your lack of professionalism or being able to take criticism as a business owner, I can assure you I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND your establishment to anybody. I live in Cloudcroft and won’t ever need your services, I don’t care whether you decide to change anything in your business. Best of luck to you. 🫡

*Edit: The owner contacted me to inform me that the employee is no longer working here and their child will no longer be here. I will now feel more comfortable bringing my children here again. I love the idea of having a place like this available for kids in Alamogordo and my kids have had lots of fun here in the past. Unfortunately, there is a child of one of the workers here who is violent and aggressive towards kids who visit. In November we had a birthday party here and the child in question choked my 5 year old. This week the school had a field trip to Alamo Jump. Sadly, the first thing I heard about when I picked my kids up was not how much fun they had, but how the kid at Alamo Jump punched and hit at least six kids in their class (with objects as well as his hands). This included my son, who got punched in the back - hard! He's still sore and complaining a day later. Anyone choosing to bring your kids here, please be aware and don't leave your kids alone where they may become injured by this violent boy. I left a message and no one has returned my call.

Alamo Jump is a great venue for parties! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The space is big enough for plenty of kids and has something for all ages. Everyone had a blast!

Workers are pretty self involved… didn’t pay attention to the kids. And then got upset with every minor infraction. Jump is exactly what’s allowed no flips nor innocently dad/daughter chase. Had a repugnant smell. Would not go again- Owner- fully understand safety! I understand you aren’t capable of liability as sky zone or urban air, Legally this place shouldn’t be open. 😉 it’s more just have the workers disperse towards other attractions not gather around a 7 kid capacity trampoline.
