I seriously can't say enough good things about Akina Animal Health Pharmacy. First off, they're super easy to get ahold of on the phone, and everyone I talked to was super helpful. The best part is they actually took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The whole process was so smooth and efficient. If you need a pet pharmacy, you should absolutely use them. Would highly, highly recommend!

We had a prescription filled for our dog through Akina. Unfortunately, he passed away, so I contacted them to ask to cancel any refills. They were very kind and compassionate about our loss and even refunded the current prescription. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pharmacy gets the formulation correct, my cat is very picky. Once the stopper broke a few days after receiving the refill and I received a new stopper in the mail the next day. Most recently I realized a little to late I needed a refill that also required a new prescription, they were able to fast track me and I didn't miss a single dose of the cats meds.

Wonderful experience! My cat needed medicine quickly, and they made it and shipped it out that day, and called me to make sure I knew what to expect. And the shipping was free! I would definitely recommend them.

I appreciate Akina for sending my dog's heart medicine to me without me calling to request the refill. They sent it in advance of running out of medicine. It is nice to know that with all that is going on and how busy I am, I can depend on Akina being on top of the prescription order and getting it to me in advance of running out!
