My History with this establishment is complicated. I left them with my truck and a key two months ago. Apparently my key fob is essential to the trucks operation. Unfortunately, we did not know this and my truck sat in front of their location for over a month until I returned to remedy the problem. I had a second fob made and gave them the OEM fob and left them with the truck a second time. For some reason, the OEM fob lost its programming and the truck was stuck in front of their building for another two weeks. Throughout this entire fiasco this establishment has been nothing but accommodating. They have not compromised on their policies, which has been challenging a couple of times, but ultimately it shows that they have integrity to their systems. I have worked with Juan primarily and he has been so customer service oriented and professional. Maddison is great too. I feel very comfortable recommending this establishment for an economical place to leave your vehicle for extended periods of time. Their system seems to work great.

My wife and I have been storing our bikes here for the past 3 winters. We bring the bikes to them in the fall, winterize them right there in the parking lot. We take the batteries and keys and they tuck them away for us. They even put covers on if you have them. It's nice to put the bikes away at the end of summer and not have to worry about them all year. We call in the spring and the bikes are waiting for us out front when we show up. Good honest people, good prices.

I've been with these guys for about a year after using another storage lot in Anchorage. These guys are great. Not only do they store the car but they take care of the battery if your car is sitting a long time. I recommend them.

These folks are great. Would definitely use them again. Heads up they are not open 24/7 but as long as you plan accordingly you can trust your vehicle will be safe and ready to roll when you need it.
