The people at both the Franklin and Butler Airgas locations were incredibly helpful when the welding jacket I had ordered for my daughter wasn’t delivered in time. They went above and beyond to make sure she had what she needed for her program at tech, and I am very thankful and appreciative.

One word: Incompetence. I swapped out a bottle of 75/25, brought it home and the stem valve leaks horribly. Of course they're closed and very unlikely they'll reimburse me for my fuel costs and time. Their mistake will be my burden.
