Only come here if you have absolutely no other options. It's extraordinarily dirty, very small, has no bathrooms, offers only Cup Noodles, and surfaces are not sanitized. Currently (Oct '20) this is the only lounge open in T5, my advice...utilize a lounge in the domestic terminals then make your way over to T5 before boarding. This is not a lounge you want to spend more than 30 seconds in.
This place was a godsend during my 7-hour layover. They had plenty of outlets for charging your phones, free Wi-Fi and free booze. During the covid they had only self-serve food (ramen, hummus and pretzel pack, oatmeal, potato chips, etc...)
I can't believe Air France and KLM attach their brand to this lounge. The furnishing is straight out of prison visitation, and the food selection isn't far from a prison commissary. The space is small, cramped, and poorly lit. The water damage to the ceiling tiles is a particularly inspirational. I'd consider this lounge to be a warning as to the dire state of investment in public infrastructure in the US, but this is presumably privately funded, which makes this neglect even more shameful. Avoid, even if it's free.
Limited hot food options when I was here, Wifi had some issues but OK, lack of plugs, no bathroom and certainly no showers mean I'm only giving a 4-star. Other food good but nothing like the AF lounge at JFK, there is a full open bar. Note, gMaps was saying it closes at 6PM yesterday but official closing was 11:30p and we stayed until about 11:45p with others still seated. Not sure of the opening time so I haven't tried to edit that.
It's ok, nothing too comforting!! Air india shares this lounge with Air France at the international terminal next to M7. Services are general, food is below par, net is slow and may get too crowded.
