Great car rental experience! Jamine is a great guy with great conversation and customer service. We wanted a mustang so we did the upgrade. He was very informative with insurance information and all. I will definitely use this AAdvantage Rent a car again

So I would most definitely say don’t listen to the reviews. Maria was definitely nice and professional the process was easy. I received my rental car within ten mins. They charged my card a $200 holding fee and I receive it back. Once I dropped off my car every one was nice and professional. From the bus driver, to the clerk, the manger, and the guy at the gate. I would definitely recommend advantage Rent-A-Car in Inglewood California!!

Classic bait and switch. Rented a SUV in Denver Colorado in February. I have never gotten anything but an All Wheel Drive SUV in Denver from other rental agencies. When I arrived at the counter, I was informed that the SUV I reserved was a 2 wheel drive vehicle. Then they offered an upgrade to a All Wheel Drive for an additional $50 per day, almost double the original reserve price. At that point, I am stuck at the rental location without transportation. Upon return, I contacted the customer service for Advantage. I was put in touch with a representative that spoke very poor English. Their only response was I signed for the upgrade and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Same English speaking skills and still no results. I asked her if she understood the meaning of "Bait and Switch". To that she said "no". She admitted she was not based in the US. Overall, very dissatisfied with the way I was treated and the bait and switch scam that was perpetrated. Will never use Advantage again and recommend that others do likewise.

No star for this company! Me and my daughter was in LA for a concert. We rented a car for 5hrs at Advantage car rental in 1030 w. Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA. Customer service Lauren told us the rates on our booking was too much and she found a better rates for us. She said she going to fix it. She offered a mid size van car upgrade and we turn it down and explained to her about the park area and new to the area. She agree. She very nice and taking her time and asking us about the concert. We got a small 4 doors car and drove to the concert. A week later I check my bank acct and I saw 2 charges. I talked to the manager George G. and told him what happen. He said nothing he can do and he showed no concern.

Got a nice car and the service was nice but it was a bit dirty on the inside and the push start system wasn't that great. In order to start the car, I had to hold the key next to the start button. The "key not in range" alert kept going off while driving. I'd definitely use them again because even though I booked a compact, I got an intermediate (Volkswagen Jetta wagon).
