This store makes me feel like I’m in an episode of The Twilight Zone. Employees are really odd to interact with. Store smells so weird. Layout makes zero sense. Prices are so expensive, stuff marked on sale despite the sale price being the same as the normal price?

I’m so disappointed. A cake we ordered for my son’s 3rd birthday in advance was not what we got. Absolutely heartbroken to not have had the Thomas and the train cake. The cake we got was twice the size and only said happy birthday. What we ordered vs what we got. I should have never even paid for the cake or taken it home. It was an absolute waste of money and the cake is the trash.

We mostly use the pick up service at this Acme and have been so happy with our experience. I they always have most of the things I order in stock, and if it’s not in stock, they are good about the substitutions they offer. There have been a few times where the produce was not fresh, but when I called them to let them know, they were extremely generous in refunding me, as well as giving me even more than I asked the next time I picked up my groceries. They are so willing to make things right and are really great at communicating it. As a bonus, their app is very easy to use, and has some great meal ideas and recipes.

My friend and I went to Acme to look around as we hadn't been to this location before. What we found was a delightful array of tempting produce, seafood, grocery, bakery and deli items in a very clean and friendly environment. We even tried out the electric carts, as my friend is disabled, and she said they were the best and fastest ones she'd been on. We left with many purchases after filling our shopping cart.

Warning!! They are selling expired baby food! I bought some yesterday and when I got home I realized it was expired. When I was returning it I talked to the manager who said there was nothing more he could do. All I wanted was reassurance that the baby food was going to be checked. Double check all expiration dates!! I personally won’t be going back to that Acme, if they can’t even check to make sure their food is not expired, then I can’t trust them for much. I’ll find somewhere else but regardless take this as a reminder to check all dates!!
