I have season tickets for the Padres tailgate parking lot. It is disgusting. You need to spray EVERYDAY to get rid of the URINE SMELL. I AM PAYING TOP DOLLAR. ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT. YOUR PORTO POTTIES ARE CLEANER THEN THE LOT.
These people are just robots doing a mechanical task; there is not smile, engagement, or personality in any of their staff. You are not parking cars people, you're proving customer service.
The signs at the airport parking said 113+ spaces available when you pulled in. Come to find out, the crews were on sizer lifts inside the parking structure working on the system and EVERY space was full. After driving around and around looking for a space, I headed to the exits. Once I put my parking ticket in, it prompted me for payment. I pressed the call button and on came a woman named “Kelly”. She was beyond rude and after explaining what had just happened, she said without the slightest ounce of human emotion, “oh well, if you want to get out today, you need to insert your credit card and pay your bill”. Mind you, it was $5. We aren’t talking about the end of the world here. However it was the fact that she couldn’t give a damn or take a second to listen to the facts that leads me to leave this review. The entire issue is due to their system at the entry gate providing inaccurate information. I believe management should know that Kelly is not the right person who should he interacting with their customers on the front line.
My own experience working for ace parking. My name is Scott, I have been working at ace parking for 15years. My first few years I was told I am a supervisor and had badges that read SUPERVISOR I did supervisor duties, I was to be available 24-7 , if something went wrong at the lot it was my job to get up at any time of the day or night and rectify the problem. I did bank runs daily. Make deposits, make sure we had the necessary change$ for the day. Office runs drop off the previous days receipts. Make sure we had the proper supplies ,etc. You get picture. I had been paying union dues, since day one. I received a union paper explaining changes. It mentioned pay updates etc. No mention of supervisor changes. I call on the union to explain. They informed me that I was listed as a cashier. Here I have been doing all this supervisor stuff with no compensation. Brian Tarbell was my super and he told me I was a supervisor. After all was revealed Brian played dumb. He had the audacity to ask “ how did I get a badge that said Supervisor on it.”? I had been wearing it for years. And he just now noticed it. Give me a break! I let it go I was afraid of loosing my job.That’s just for starters. After 15 years Brian Tarbell meets me at my lot as I arrived for work at 8:30 am,. Before I can exit my car, he walks up to me and hands me my walking papers. No warning no nothing. Usually even a worker will give his employer a 2 week notice. But an employer can walk up to an employee and say kick rocks your done here. At the same time Brian Tarbell had my medical insurance canceled the same day. I am a recent transplant recipient and was denied my life saving prescriptions for 6 days!! Brian Tarbell was well aware of my situation. The prescription was at the pharmacy already for pick up but they wanted 4,998$ for the prescription without insurance. After 15 years the 401 pay out was 900$ dollars. That’s right 900$ for 15 years I had 3 times that much in the first 3 years. I asked what’s up with that. They told the market has been bad. Ace parking management has no integrity ,no morals in regards to the laborers. As Brian would say if you have a problem with us ,we always have someone willing to take your place, you can quit anytime you like. I’m 73 years old and have never been treated so disrespected and had my life in so much danger, I was in a panic Thoughtless thoughtless despicable policies. The depression hits so deeply I feel nothing. Shame on you Ace parking. My heart is broken. I can’t get past this. Anybody at ace (Brian) want to challenge me on the veracity of my statements step the F up. IMHO you all are shitheels I’m talking to you Mr Jones. It all starts at the top. Do you even vet the people you hire (Brian Tarbell)that have ability to destroy peoples lives. (You should)… I’m not done looking for answers. I’ll be around.Good day to you.
HORRIBLE customer service. Service hours are CST based when we are in PST, scam so people can't get in touch with them. Also when called to dispute a parking ticket, the woman on the phone told me to go online and fill out a form. Absolutely NO help at all! The ticket they gave me was for in a parking lot where THEIR signs were missing. Worst parking company and they are here just to rip people off left and right. Beware if you park in their lots.
