Reasonably priced, down home friendly people who scheduled the work-I mean very nice people, and their installers were most talanted young men that were very consciences and responsive to our requests. Absolutely first class company. Kathy is the friendly owner and will quickly assess, quote and complete an order. Jake the installer was friendly, masked, responsive, fastidious. Their price to replace panes in older Milgard frames with low E was super reasonable; they did everything right and Jake even fixed a small window gap issue almost a year later having nothing to do with his pane install. HIGHLY endorse.
Was not what i expected from a company with a rating like that. I was quite disappointed with the way i was treated. Was given an appointment time and nobody showed up even well after appointment time was up. Finally called and cancelled and found a company that did want my business.
The customer service was great and kept me updated on the progress. They made sure to explain the step by step process. Fair pricing as well, comparable to other places I called.
Ace High Glass has created several complicated custom beveled mirror pieces for us in two homes Parker, CO. Their work is impeccable and their team is fantastic. We are in Washington now and miss them as a resource.
