Last ride !was sunday It could. Be better .drivers need personal habits under control. the public don't want to see smokers an automobiles cleaned vacuum Windows shiny and fresh Taxi. This is spray it down every time a customer leave. Wiping door handles would be a great .even that you can have your chemicals up front. Everyday have a good attitude a fresh attitude.
Right as rain: the best cab service in Abilene, hands down! Don't waste your time with the others, I've been waiting for a cab for 2 months now from one of the others. No joke. ABI has always been rock solid! And they're so friendly!!!
They were fast which is why I gave a 3, but when I called I was told one price and when I got dropped off I was given another price and was told that the man in the office doesn’t know what he’s talking about. To me that was VERY unprofessional because he should have known or my driver up the price…idk but communication between the workers should definitely happen. UPDATE: They tell you me time and then don’t show up until later they are very rude and ugly… they will be the last I call for anything
Drove for abi for 3yrs,until they closed permently 12 days ago.ill admit most dispatchers were dishonest and the young manager was betrayed by the owner when the man passed away a few days ago.sorry for all the folks who counted on abi to get to where they need to go
I recently did some damage to my truck, and have been relying on others for rides to work the last couple of weeks. I've used ABI taxi three times now. The rates are reasonable I suppose. My commute to work is only 3.2 miles. It costs 10 dollars even. I called about an hour in advance two of the three times, and both times the driver was either right on time or a few minutes early. Last time I called and had a taxi dispatched right away, and he was at my house in under ten minutes. The only reason I rated it four stars instead of five is because the guy on the phone isn't very friendly. He's not exactly rude, just not very pleasant. There is a driver that picked me up once though who I found out works the phones on Monday and Tuesdays, and he is a really cool guy. Much more friendly than the other one. Luckily I talked to him the very first time I called. If it was the other guy I might of tried a different company these last two times.
