Just wanted to give a kudos to Janna and your front line staff for the excellent service we received earlier today. We had an air medical transport transporting from Aurora OR to Philadelphia today and everyone was so very helpful. Not being from that area I reached out to Jana who was helpful and assisted with fuel and food service for our crew. I have struggled with this in the past, so I appreciate your company’s hospitality.

I have been flying to Aberdeen airport since I was young and have always been impressed with the service. I recently stopped on my way out west and then on my way back east and I had probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at any business!!! I called to see if there was a taxi service to get to a hotel and they called around for me with no luck and then offered me their courtesy car. I arrived after hours so they left a key for the car. On my trip back they heard my call sign over the radio around their closing time and they stayed about 30 min late to help me refuel and again use they're courtesy car. Such a great staff and business! Can't wait to stop buy again!

I experienced Aberdeen Flying Services first hand after landing in Aberdeen with an experimental test aircraft. Our crew was met with professional linemen, mechanics and management that were friendly and provided all the services we needed at a fair price. Our requirements for testing were fairly demanding, however Aberdeen Flying Service provided us with everything we needed to execute testing and they did it with a friendly and helpful attitude. This is a family owned business that I would love to support again if we ever end up in the area.

We were arriving after hours, so called ahead and they said the place would be unlocked and also gave the door code. The place was all locked up and the door code didn’t work. Called the after hours number and no answer. Luckily Quest FBO did answer their after hours number and had someone out in 20 minutes. My next flights I’m bypassing Aberdeen Flying and going straight to Quest.

After our A/C was deemed AOG in Denver and the only available part in Watertown, SD. I contacted AFS and spoke with Dir of OPs by the name of Charlie to inquire about moving a part asap... Super nice guy, very accommodating, and the price couldn't have come out any better. Definitely will use these guys in the future if needed! After confirming price and logistics, our part was on its way to Denver in no less than 90 minutes. Highly recommended!!!
