Cheesesteaks worthy for comparison to the other local sub shops . Will have to come back for breakfast. Lunch was good. Just everyone seems so depressed inside. And it still smells like cigarettes somehow when nobody is smoking. It's a good local hangout. Worth the stop . Just don't look for frill. They definitely make a good cheesteak. Would be a great rival to many if they advertised it. Bravo to the team inside making it work. You would be shocked to know the food is good inside if you only judged it from the outside

I mostly do breakfast here. One of my favorite spots to eat breakfast. The omelettes are fantastic and I substitute grits with no problem. Some places charge extra for that. Always get my military discount. Very friendly and attentive staff. Reasonable prices and prompt service. Will continue to come back.

Traveling back from DC stopped into this place. The wings were on a lunch special with French fries 🍟, had a burger and fries and French toast with eggs, and a cheesteak. Everything was, for the most part, basic. The hamburger seemed like it was homemade and good. The wings were good as well. The cheesteak was a bit overdone if that's a thing. What I mean is that the sliced steak itself looked like it was on the grill just a bit too long, and I would have preferred the lettuce and tomatoes on top and not under the meat. (Take a look at the photo) Other than that its diner food, the service was nice and quick. It looked like there was just the one girl working the entire joint by herself.

Great local place where it seemed everyone knew each other except for us! Even though they didn't know us they were friendly like we were part of the clan! The waitress was very friendly, likewise the entire staff! She was headed to break but took us because she "liked my hat". I had a great burger, and my son enjoyed his chicken strips. I'll be back for certain!

If you love the atmosphere of an old-fashioned diner, the Aberdeen Diner will give you those nostalgic feelings for sure. Did I mention breakfast at the Aberdeen Diner? You literally can't order a breakfast item there you won't love. 100% true! Stop in on a Saturday morning and you'll taste why the parking lot is always full for weekend breakfasts. 😋
