OMG, David is the best!! He really took care of my husband and I. He was honest and did not try to sell us what we did not want. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen, rude as well! They have my husband use the kiosk to see if he gets approved! Then tell us he didn’t which isn’t my issue! I ask if I can do it, the man tells me it will automatically deny me! So we leave I go online put in my info and got approved for the lab top my husband needs for school! Hmmmmm but I thought it would automatically deny me ??? They didn’t even look on there computers, they just said it denied him!

Are you kidding me? How dare you even ask how awesome David is? This is the place to go. Don't even look at Rent a Center or anything else. Go in and let the staff show you how great the service is.

Wow the best customer service and the willingness to help you with getting what you need. The staff was incredibly nice and the manager Dave made me feel at ease with my purchase. I can't remember names but the lady was great and the other gentleman was great. I'm looking forward to paying off the washer and dryer and getting something else. Thank you so much for being willing to help me.
