I have brought my truck here a few times and never been dissatisfied. Back in December they did some manifold work on my truck. Completely new manifolds on both sides. A few bolts were broken and they had no issues. Monday I called and needed to get some new tires told Amanda the size I was looking for and she knew an exact tire that many people recommended. Truck went in today for mount and balance and install and it turned out great. I will continue to bring my vehicle here when I need to. I normally do work myself but been deployed and they have taken very good care of me and my truck. Could not be happier. There mechanics are very knowledgeable. Corey has worked on my truck both times and done an awesome job.

Here is the email I sent to the business about a week ago now, and STILL haven’t received a response: I had an appointment at your location in Watertown today, for a NYS inspection. I wanted to say, the ladies at the front desk are very friendly, and have great customer service. When everything was all said and done, I got into my car, and the smell of cigarette smoke was absolutely overwhelming! Meaning, the gentleman working on my car were smoking in or around my car, in the garage, while it was opened up. My husband and I do not smoke cigarettes, and I absolutely cannot stand the smell. I went back in to complain, and the ladies were very friendly and understanding. They asked the gentleman who worked on my car to spray the detailing spray to mask the smell. I understand that was the best they could do in the moment, but they shouldn’t have had to even do that. Plus, when I got back in my car after that, the chemical spray they used made me cough and irritated my lungs greatly. I had to drive with the windows down until it aired out a bit. I understand that it is cold, and they may not want to smoke outside. But, when it effects the customers, or it effects their vehicle, it just unacceptable. I hope the smell goes away, otherwise I will have to pay, out of my pocket, to have my car detailed. I shouldn’t have to walk out of your shop, worried that I may have to detail my car, because it smells like cigarettes due to your staff. I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone else, and for anyone else to experience their trust in a business broken, because of any similar situation.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. And for that we are forever and truly Grateful for his excellent hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything.

Nicole and Shawn are the best! Nicole was very patient and made certain I received the best deal possible. Unfortunately a deer hit the side of the rental the day before it was due back. :-( Nicole's first concern was my safety - not the car. Both Nicole and Shawn were helpful and willing to work with my insurance company when the car was returned. Thank you for all you have done!

Great place to go for CARCO pictures!! Amanda was professional and extremely well organized. She had one person she was helping, then I was next. While she was helping me, two more people came in. She was extremely efficient and taking care of everyone and even though a few people had to wait they didn't have to wait very long and she made them feel comfortable.I will definitely be going there for my oil changes and any other work I need to have done on my brand new vehicle. Great place!!!
