I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I really do try to be gracious. However, I feel compelled to leave a review as a heads up to future costumers. I am taking eye drops compounded by the pharmacy for a severe eye issue. It has almost been 2 weeks that I have been using expired drops and have not received a new batch. Last Wednesday I called to check on the drops and find out when they would be delivered and I was told that the pharmacy was very busy and they would either send drops Friday or Monday. I called again yesterday and was told that they would be delivered today so I am really hoping they will show up. Also, several months ago, I used newly compounded drops and they caused severe irritation. I called the pharmacy and let them know that something must be wrong. They denied that the drops could have been made wrong but did send replacement drops. The new batch did not cause any burning or irritation at all. I was charged for the replacement drops. I called to let them know that I was charged and they didn’t charge for the next batch, which was nice. I’m thankful for the medication this pharmacy has compounded for me. However, I do think they have some internal improvements that need to be made for better costumer service. When it’s not your eye… it doesn’t matter so much. When it is your eye… it feels devastating to be treated with what feels like little regard for the severity of my issue. This has been routinely the case when requesting prescriptions. I recommend calling 2 weeks ahead of the time you will need a new batch of medication to ensure that you receive it in time.
I would give 10 starts if I could to this compounding pharmacy. My son has a serious eye condition and this compounding pharmacy has always gone above and beyond. Consistently beating expectations and consistently meeting quality expectations. We always call the refill in atleast 5 days in advance as eye drops can be tricky and we don’t like to wait until 11th hour. Also it is important to know that these are COMPOUNDED eye drops which means they are formulated in their lab which is a complex process and it needs time. I also want them to take time and make it right and not rushed. We appreciate them so much they are god sent angels!! Keep up the good work Mariam and staff.
I usually dont write reviews but I was compelled to write this one. This compounding pharmacy has saved my marriage. I have struggled with ED for a long time and this is the only compounding pharmacy in entire Monterey County that can formulate injection for ED. Each and every time they have exceeded by expectation and each and every time same consistent quality. This pharmacy is PCAB accredited which means they are have all their Ts crossed and Is dotted when it comes to quality. I highly recommend this compounding pharmacy to anyone who is looking for top quality service and best quality formulation. Kudos to Mariam and her team! Keep up the good work.
I am a physician who required an unusual combination of medications to treat a patient with a difficult, recalcitrant condition. Mariam and her team went above the call of duty to research novel options. They were super friendly along the way. Highly recommend.
This pharmacy is very meticulous to details which is everything in compounding. They are also very knowledgeable. Very well trusted ! Highly recommended
