My family has always used A&B Tent for our parties, 3 graduation parties, 1 small wedding reception and Saturday chairs for our son's outdoor wedding, they have never let us down. Thanks so much for the excellent job setting up and taking down for our special events. And kudos to the driver of the truck and trailer for getting past the Swenson's food truck to pick up the chairs and getting back out without a problem!!

My wedding was August 15th. It was originally supposed to be in a hall but our venue canceled very last minute. I called A&B and they exceeded every expectation I had. I cannot stress enough how helpful the people were on the phone through the process were and they even helped to make sure I had enough tables chairs and everything I needed. Set up was a breeze and the guys were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. No matter what your occasion is I would make them your first call.

BRIDES DO NOT GET CHAIRS FOR A WEDDING HERE THEY WILL GIVE YOUR DAY ANF CHAIRS AWAY AFTER NOT ANSWERING ANY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS! Absolutely terrible. I signed a contract and reached out several times to try and get payment to them. I never heard back and when I reached out this last time they said they gave my day and chairs to someone else. I am livid. They have ruined my wedding that’s in 3 weeks. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I ordered a tent with FOUR sides, only to find that 2 sides were delivered and assembled. The representative that I worked with stated she “wrote down” two sides, and therefore that must be what I ordered. We only ordered a tent to begin with for the chance of inclement weather, which there was, so there is no chance I would order only two sides. The invoice I received only noted the number of feet in sides that were ordered, so I didn’t really know how many sides that number of feet would cover. The tent was delivered on a Friday (to a property that is not mine, 45 minutes away). The property owner thought she might be able to move the walls down to cover the rest, but we didn’t find out till Saturday that that wasn’t the case. I, then, had to leave a voicemail on an after hours number to rectify this situation. It took over 4 hours to get a phone call back (mind you it’s down pouring rain this entire time), and then I was charged for another delivery fee. We ended up splitting the difference on that. I don’t mind, at all, spending the money for the one extra side we did end up using, but the delivery free, I feel, is pretty bogus because of an error on the company’s part. Lastly, the tent did leak in a few places in the ceiling (thankfully not in places that caused my event any damage), but overall it was in pretty good condition and aesthetics. I probably would do more research on other available companies if I needed to rent a tent again.

We rented a tent, table and chairs for my daughters wedding. They come a couple days before the wedding day set it all up then come the day after to tear down. Made our day so much easier!!! We will definitely use them in the future for any of our outdoor gatherings. Highly recommend.
