While I was exploring study coffee shops near by, I found this place. 8th & Roast has the best customer service ever and I am always pleased every time I come by. Everyone there is super nice and professional. I cannot wait to bring people in. Best place to study as well.

Nitro lemonade is outstanding! Rose Sproda is creative as well. Give them both a try! Baristas are all very nice. Parking is nice - there is a small designated lot for customers. Drip brew is okay, maybe a B+ rating. Prices are very fair. Overall, would go back (and have.)

A dialed-in shot, a good atmosphere, and free internet are the staples of a good coffee shop but 8th & roast also has friendly baristas and a comfortable work space. I'm excited to come back to try the savory food, as the menu looks well curated too!

I ordered the Matcha Honey iced and I could not finish it. The drink had pieces of matcha all together on the bottom (it was not properly mixed) and I could not drink without having to chew those pieces. Horrible! Not only this but they forgot to heat my quiche and that took another 5-7 minutes. I've been here before only once and wanted to try it again to see if it would become a favorite. Definitely not.
