So I am going through this phase where I am trying to cut back on smoking so I have bin putting my money flowing through the community ie paying bills earning taxable income and giving my last money had 9 dollars to a stranger cuz he looked like he was having a tough dayand not have any for myself and all I wanted was a black and mild and to pay whith penny's so 85 cents plus 7% sales tax so 92 cents and I was doing for any kind of guilty pleasure (tobacco not drugs) and dude said he could only by law except 23 coins in monetary paper assets oooops coins 😢 sorry I'm stuck anyway is that a real law and thank you to the guy who stepped up and blessed me 🙏💯

To many junkies and homeless crowding the door waiting to get in because they lock them out so they won’t go do drugs inside the bathroom, ruining it for anyone who gets off work late and or lives near the store

We stopped in the 7-eleven It was 6am on 12/30/23 and the man behind the counter was excellent!!!! He was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable I wish I would have remembered his name. Sorry

I went in to purchase a cup of Ice. He(the owner Pete) told me it was 85 cents. I pulled the cup toward me and reached in my pocket for the dollar to purchase the cup of Ice. He snatched the cup from me as if I was gonna run off and steal it and said to me “It’s My cup!” He labeled me a thief instantly. Pretty sure it’s because I was black. After I gave him a piece of my mind he tried to give me the ice for free while apologizing. How rude and racist. Suck a prick. PETE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS AN F FOR THE YEAR. Horrible customer service.

I love this place because of the positive attitude of the person in charge. You see I have a closer 7-11 the one at 2296 US-1, Vero Beach, FL 32960, but there is a lady there all the time at the register and every time I go there I get the most horrible looks and attitude, it feels so uncomfortable to shop there, so I rather go a little bit further down where I'm always welcome with a smile and a positive vibe. I wish many 7-11 were like this one. I really appreciated that even though is not one of the most pleasant jobs they still manage to make you feel welcome. The environment is relaxed. NOT like the on in 2296 US-1, Vero Beach, FL 32960. That lady the one that wears glasses she needs to train in this store so she can learn what real customer service is and how wonderful it feels when you are in a relaxed store. Thank you to all the employees for kindly smile every time I go in. Every single of you is appreciated.
