Filthy, prices not accurate, attendant either unhelpful or actually powerless. Men's bathroom was closed, women's toilet clogged and unflushable; used feminine products in the bowl (people suck). No soap to speak of. Bathroom door doesn't fit properly, wouldn't even close to latch. Should have put a sign up saying "bathrooms closed" on the store entry door. Then we pick out 2 for $4 drinks, very clearly advertised; they ring up full price. Attendant says nothing he can do, expresses disdain when it takes a few moments to enter an email for a reward. Can see why he's not thrilled to work there. Have never been to a store where they can't correct a clearly marked price inaccuracy. Shame on him if it's laziness/refusal; terrible policies if he truly has no control over that health-department-nightmare of a gas station.
The best service , clean, so me, and my mom went to a 7-Eleven store earlier it was disgusting the employees of the other store, put slurpee cups that were on the floor on the rank my mom told her that was disgusting and we left and we came to this one and both of us said that this was better than the other store as I said in the beginning it was clean, the best service we found are stuff in 3 seconds and payed and I will recommend this store to anyone who see this post
Every single time I come here, and this man is working I fully expect for to be overcharged or for him to ring up extra stuff like I'm not paying attention. I just came in for water 2/2.50 my total was 4.80 and I checked and he added a 3rd bottle I didn't have. I'm telling you he does this every time.. beware
If I could give zero stars I would. I just came in to use the ATM and the money came out all crazy and one of my 20's was missing a piece, not a big deal, sure. But when I asked nicely for a simple exchange so I had a better looking bill she refused. I know they do not load the ATM themselves, I've been in management before but when it's in your store and it really comes down to lose a couple customers (my mom and I) or just do a simple exchange you would think the best answer would be to just do the exchange right? I'm not sure if she's a manager or not but her name was Liz. Very unprofessional, rude and I will not be back. I asked for the managers name and number and she gives me the number to the store, I could see her through the window continuously hanging up...the list of rude things goes on and on. I probably haven't had rude service like that ever!
Beware..every single time I go to this 711 and the bald man is working, he over charges me or rings up extra stuff like I'm not paying attention. I just went in for 2 bottles of water 2/2.50 . The total was 4.80 and when I look he rang up a 3rd bottle I didn't have. He does this with everything.
