For a 7/11 brand named gas station no schedule no proper company standards disgrace to the company name. No working cleaning supplies only hot water. Don’t eat here if u want to not catch any food Bourne illness. No pay probably why the other employees run the store rampid always on phone some sleeping. Just go next door to circle k you’re better off. Not even bi-weekly not even close to weekly more like never.a
The Haitian Lady night shift scam $55 from me. I wanted to deposit money onto my card and she took my card and swipe it, While she was doing my transaction she appeared saying decline then said never mind it’s good and handed me the receipt. Before I left I went on my phone to make sure it went through never did for serval minutes. I went back told her it never went through and just want my money back since I still have the receipt, she saying “not my problem that’s the bank” and kept telling her I have the receipt I could still get my money back doesn’t make since. She started yelling at me while I’m requesting for my money back respectfully and then started cussing me out in creole in her language which I understand. Not tolerating that disrespect and service. Would like my money back respectfully or I Will be Pressing Charge's on Her or the Company. And would like that lady fired immediately she’s been showing signs of hatred towards me every time I come to the gas station, and doesn’t do a good service and nor respect towards the customers.
This early morning today, I tried to stop by to use the restroom. I asked a cashier, “do you know where the restroom is,” because the one was barricaded by the stand of newspaper looking to me it was closed. He said “It’s right there, if you need to go use it then use it,” like it was locked and nobody else was there! He was a very rude employee who is a man with a bad attitude, when I asked if there was a key to use the restroom, so then he lashed out at me saying, “SIR, I DON’T KNOW!!” He must be fired, anyway I just went to the other gas station to use the restroom because I needed to bad, and he should not be treating customers like that! That was so ugly of that employee thank you very much!
The cashier was on her phone the whole time ignoring me. I wanted to use my points for money off of my purchase but she ignored that as well. I'm a regular at this location and this was terrible service
