The staff was so friendly as it was my first time trading in games for store credit. I found a book while I was waiting and even got a text when they were done and had a nice offer! My favorite store for used books/videogames!

I like this store, and I've found some great finds, but I think some things are pretty overpriced, and some of the employees I've found to be less than helpful. My friend went to a cashier once and asked if they had any Motionless in White CDs or vinyls, and the cashier just could not hear him. I could hear what he said just fine from the vinyl section so he definitely said it clearly. The cashier just brushed him off.

Absolute best store for nerds and geeks and book worms alike. They have a great selection of old and new games, books, toys, Manga, and even musical equipment. A pleasure to look around and well upkept. Management is a little lack luster but for the shopper it's a treat.

Love this store. They literally have a little bit of everything. From movies, Pop figures, anime and video games. It's a huge selection.The only thing I don't like is that they based their prices on eBay listings. Which sucks because the games are not that valuable 90% of the time. But with that being said they have a huge selection of games. And Everytime I've bought them they are cib and no scratches . So that is great. I highly recommend you stopping by and checking them out.

The selection is amazing. The Membership Services? A bit scammy. If you sign up on the website and not the store, for some reason your rewards points do not sync/accrue. I’ve spent well over $200 dollars my first visit. It’s been 3 months. No rewards. It would have been nice to have a small discount for my next but purchase. I enjoy a brick and mortar experience, but so many business struggle with customer experience that isn’t virtual.
