This Publix is pretty fantastic! I haven't been here in over 10 years. The reason I thought about checking it out again, is for when it rains my car would be under cover at all times in the parking garage. The place is absolutely massive, well organized, and clean. What an amazing selection, I will definitely return back here regularly now. I got excellent service when I went to the wing bar, at the customer service desk, the checkout, and the pharmacy. I'll be posting a photo of the Mac and cheese ball which was a great snack with my wings. I was surprised they had sweet plantains @ publix, those were cooked just right. Lastly, I spoke with the gentleman behind the meat section and asked him for twine so I could put my whole chicken on my rotisserie and he gave me some string free of charge. P.s. Alabama style white barbecue sauce is the best flavor Publix has to offer for dipping sauces At the wing bar in my opinion.

Lots of great product choices, however most pricing labels are deliberately designed to mislead & confuse, see image for an example of deceptive price labelling aimed to confuse customers. This type of misleading labelling is illegal in Australia, for example. Just show the price per packaged unit and the per volume pricing (as included in the tag), no need to force customers to calculate the price of a single packaged unit.

I was happy this Publix had a parking lot. If you don't pay attention, you can totally miss the parking lot. The parking lot is FREE!!! It's not far from the beach, driving not walking!! It's a busy location because it's in the business area and the court house! If you're getting lunch, pack your PATIENCE!! I would strongly recommend ordering online!! It has space to eat there which is cool. It's a pretty BIG location. The staff were professional and friendly too.

This is NOT where shopping is a pleasure. This store's management has no desire to offer customer service. We were in the store this evening, late and they had only one register open. There was a line of 5 customers waiting to be rung-up. The cashier that was working very hard ran across a difficult customer needing items to be removed and the cashier ultimately needed an override. Finally, a second cashier opened next to her, upon approaching the newly opened register, an employee raced in from the back end of the register and jumped the line to buy her groceries. When I said something about customer service and not jumping the line, the cashier, Ana, continued to ring up the employee. I asked for the manager, they both ignored me and continued the transaction. I walked past them to the customer service counter and asked for the manager. The manager finally came by, I believe his name is DJ. I told him about what happened, and of course, no apology. I only got, "uh huh, uh huh, I'll talk to them." I had to ask for an apology. The only person that offered a genuine apology was the original cashier that needed the override; although she had nothing to do with the situation, she was genuinely apologetic. Ana never said a word to me when she rung me up, she could not even be bothered with an apology or thank you for shopping there. Avoid this store at all costs, I will not be back.

Ashley helped me at self check out yesterday. She was very sweet & helpful! The other gal thats usually there is great too. Everyone that works there is always very helpful which is a big change from when I used to live here back in 2019 (this was prior to and after covid- it was quite the opposite, no one wanted to help with anything back then). If there’s ever an empty shelf, the employees never seemed troubled to check in the back. (I’ve only gotten one girl recently that wouldn’t help me price check some flowers but it was mother’s day so I get it. It was probably chaos all day.) Thanks Publix!
