Christy sports was excellent to work with! such a great staff totally supportive and let me try different skis. I was able to store my skis there at night made it seamless to get to the lift in the morning they made it easy to ski in Vail this week.

My husband was looking for this pair of Armada skis for a while but the particular size was a tough find. We lucked out to the last pair at this location. Hans, the store manager was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Upon learning we were leaving the on that day, he made sure that the skis were ready within a reasonable time and wrote a personal note to his childhood friend for us to go talk to regarding my kid's summer ski camp. He also honored a 20% code that was issued to us from Christy's online store - my ski order was cancelled right before our CO trip and we were not too thrilled by the response from Christy's customer service as we wouldn't have enough time to get a pair in time despite of the 20% one time discount. I hope Christy would recognize how a front line manager was doing so much better and more right than the not so helpful sorry we got from the online store. Thank you, Hans - we enjoyed our visit to the store and hope to see you again in the future.

My experience with Christy's Sports Ski rental was fantastic. Their personnel are top notch and take their time fitting you with the correct equipment. On my second day, I exchanged my skies with no problems. On my last day skiing, I dropped a pole from the lift. I returned to the store and they gave me another one with no issues. They had some of the best rental rates at Vail and I will used them again in the future.

Jim and the staff here are great. No nonsense, super helpful, and knowledgeable with ski boot fittings. Before the season I bought some nice boots elsewhere with the help of my local shop, but after a few days of skiing it was clear they fitted me poorly. Jim helped dial in a fit with some custom work and explained where I had gone wrong so I don’t make the same mistake next time. Highly recommended! Will try and just buy from then for my next pair.

Very helpful and knowledgeable rental staff. I am an east coast skier and wanted to try wider skis. I wasn't loving my first set of skis so they swapped them out at lunch in about 10 minutes. Swapped again the next day to try a different length. No questions asked and great advice. 10/10 will be renting form them again.
