I’ve been shopping here regularly and am impressed with how well-organized the store is. The produce section stands out with consistently fresh options, making meal planning easy and enjoyable. The deli is another highlight, offering great quality and variety. While the deals aren’t the best, it’s understandable given the location in Vail. Overall, a reliable and high-quality grocery shopping experience!

The store it's self is nice but the managers are horrible. Had 2 people standing near the lottery and Cigarettes section and yet they don't Want to help you. Told me there is a machine around the corner. 3:30p in the afternoon. Not the first time either. I get if it's late and near close but not on a Saturday. And other times during the week 9-5. Come on where has Customer Service gone ... but other than that love the store others are great just some don't care to do their jobs

This city market has scrubbed where it says there are 3 chicken tenders and only give your 2, as well as giving a meager portion of the sides as compared to every other city market, such as the one in Avon nearby. Why so stingy? It's pretty disappointing and seems making up their own rules to save a few bucks. It's things like this that mean I rarely go here. Step it up.

Very bad customer Service I’ve ordered cat food for a special price 3 package for 23.99 usd They promised to order it customized amount 6 and keep them specific for myself including a proof of paper . The manager couldn’t care less neither even checked the storage if my items arrived (more than a week ) which is sadly not a great attitude for this department . Please do better in future and don’t waste my time !!!!! Personal advice -find a different job if you hate customer service and being so miserable!!!!
