Attendant must have turned on my overhead light while parking and never shut it off. I came back to a car with a dead battery that couldn't start. Thankfully I always travel with a jump starter or else I would have been stranded.

[Car scratched] Warning to anyone considering parking at this garage: My recent experience using their valet parking service was a complete disaster. When I returned to my car, there was a large scratch on my car that was clearly caused by their valet. Despite my attempts to report the damage and request that they take responsibility, the establishment was unhelpful and refused to provide their insurance information. I'm disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability shown by the staff at this establishment, and I would not recommend parking here to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a different parking option.

TERRIBLE! If I can choose 0 stars I would. I parked my car for two hours and there was only one worker in the booth and another worker running tirelessly trying to accommodate everyone. Being understaffed didn't seem like a problem at first until I was overcharged on my card. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The man behind the booth told me his name was Cesar and he had no idea on how to help me. I called the beginning of this week with a response of "we are looking into it" and yet nothing has changed.

I drive a large lifted truck, and their high clearance garage was a perfect fit! The only draw back is that you're keys must be left with the parking attendant.
