Not only was Victor prompt on his responses, he went above and beyond his normal customer service. I had tires that I needed to pick up at the vendor but didn't fit in my car. He kindly drove to the vendor, picked them up, and took them back to Caliber for me. I had some paint damages that I needed to take care of, and he provided helpful resources for that as well. I really appreciated his kind and generous gestures.

Made an appointment with an estimator Victor A. But once Victor got wind of the fact that I was simply getting a repair estimate at the time for insurance purposes. He wrote up a cockamamie 1 hour $67 estimate to “spot buff” the scratches out. The scratches went down through the clear coat into the base coat Victor! No amount of buffing will get that out! Absolutely not the correct repair for the job and I’m I-CAR certified. Besides that what body shop in this day and age is going to take a car in for a spot buff for an hour at $67?! Ridiculous! Never again!

Definitely recommend this place! Staff where very professional, polite, and did a wonderful job. When I picked up my car they went over everything they did and your get an expense report. Overall, had a wonderful experience and certainly will come back to them in the future.

The wind took hold of my driver’s side door when I opened it and yanked it open HARD. It tweaked the hinge slightly, enough to cause my window to start whistling and make it so I had to get my shoulder involved to open it. The door was also not quite flush to the body when closed. I took my car in to Caliber to get their assessment of how much it would cost. They had fixed the back hatch of my car previously when someone backed into it and they’d done a beautiful job so they were my first go to. This time they were booked up a month out and while I was making an appointment, Drew, the General Manager, heard my plight from his office, came out and shook my hand and offered to go take a look right then & there. After asking my permission, he put his strong arms and shoulder into it and pulled down hard on the door, in the opposite direction of the way the wind had pulled it. And lo and behold he fixed it!!! He shook my hand again and sent me on my way with no charge!! It’s hard to find people of that caliber these days so I’d say the name of the body shop is perfectly appropriate. Drew and his shop will be the ONLY shop I take my car to in the future and I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Drew!

Friendly, pleasant front office staff on a hectic day for me. Clear detailed communication and updates. Fixed my car before promised date with genuine parts, and not off market parts. Cleaned and polished my car at no extra cost
