Was looking for a new, affordable SUV. Came across the Nissan Kicks. Loved its look! Contacted Ethan at TriState Nissan and told him what I wanted. Oh my! He had this pretty Dove gray one picked out. I loved the look and the fact that it didn’t have a ton of bells and whistles. The more a car has, the more there is to break and be pricy to repair! Rides smooth! I had a Chevy Cruze that I loved, but it set fairly low. This sets higher and being short, I love this about the SUV. Financing and trade in was exactly what I needed! Monthly pay in the 300’s which is perfect. I would 100% recommend Ethan as a salesman and TriState as the dealership to visit if you’re shopping for a new car!!!!!

I had an amazing experience buying my new car, something I never thought I'd say. As someone who is chronically ill, any kind of shopping is difficult. But after letting Angel know of my issues and concerns, she responded with a care and concern that was mindblowing. She bent over backward to make it as easy for me as possible, going out of her way to protect my fragile health while insuring I got a great deal that was processed quickly. I love this place. You immediately get greeted as you walk in, Mr. Brown has came out to greet me before I walk in the place. This dealership is clean and spacious, I love how they have new vehicles in the place to look at. The service department is 10/10 they are understanding at what you want to do for your car. I have ordered accessory parts to be delivered at the location and it did not take long to receive them. They called me as soon as they arrived. Prices were not bad to install. Waiting room is the best waiting room I’ve ever been to in a dealership, they have snack, drink machines and even coffee as you wait to get your car done. Even a Playroom for kids to play in. No dealership cannot beat this one!

This was my first experience buying a car from Nissan. Ethan was my salesman and he was great. The transaction went very smooth from test driving my car to signing on the dotted line. Everyone was very nice and I would buy from them again. I hope to enjoy my Nissan Rogue for many years. Thank you Ethan for a great experience with Nissan
